Customer Satisfaction
As Besiktas Shipyard, our primary goal is to provide our customers’ satisfaction at the highest level. We pay great attention to understand the needs and complaints of our customers to improve our processes and facilities accordingly. At the end of each project, we measure the satisfaction of our customers with detailed questionnaires. The following results show the average percentage of satisfaction of our customers for 2019. The questions are designed to be scaled between 1 to 10 points and converted to percentages.
