Floating Dock 1
Floating Dock 1 has 382 m length by 58 m clear width and 72.000 tonnes lifting capacity. Keel block height is 1,9 m and vessels are allowed to max 8 m draft / 0,5 m trim condition. The floating dock is supported by 2 x 45 t cranes. Yard can provide 440 V / 60 Hz inside dock together with necessary service lines to the vessels.
Floating Dock 2
Floating Dock 2 has 285m length by 46m clear width and 18.000 tonnes lifting capacity. Keel black height is 1,5 m and vessels are allowed to max 6,5 m draft / LBP / 100 trim condition. The floating dock is supported by 2 x 20 t cranes. Yard can provide 440 V / 60 Hz inside dock together with necessary service lines to the vessels.
Graving Dock
Graving Dock has 235 m length by 40 m clear width and 28.000 tonnes lifting capacity. Keel block height is 1,65 m and vessels are allowed to max 6,2 m draft / 0,5 m trim condition. The Graving dock is supported with 2x 100. Gantry Crane, 10t Tower Crane and 1 x 35t & 2x16t jib cranes. Yard can provide 440 V / 60 Hz inside dock together with necessary service lines to the vessels.

900 sqm closed outfitting workshop serves in all range of maintenance works
Paint Hall
850 sqm painting workshop equipped with blasting and painting tools
Pipe Workshop
2500 sqm pipe workshops are in use with wide range of material production
Steel Production Workshop
Shipyard has 15.000 sqm closed steel workshop with sufficient crane capacity. Daily steel productivity is 20 tonnes.
Mechanical Workshop
“Green House” is 3.000 sqm closed fully equipped mechanical workshop. All kind of overhauling works can be done in-house.
Authorized Workshop
Woodward and ABB has authorized workshop inside Besiktas Shipyard

Administrative Offices
Management, HR, Account Department and IT Department are located in the administrative office near the main gate.
Repair Offices
Marketing, Planning, Design, Estimating, Production, Quality Control, and Purchasing departments are located inside repair offices. Sufficient numbers of meeting rooms and recreation room for yard stuff is available.
Superintendents Offices
13 offices are located in the Superintendents Offices at the center of the yard near the graving dock. All offices are furnished with high standard and a recreation room is in service 7/24 for our quest.

Two gates are located at the main entrance of the yard. Yard security office is located at the main gate. Other gate is serving for only yard vehicles.

Fast boats located near to owner representatives’ offices. Arriving to Eskihisar with these boats only takes 15 minutes
Dentur
Dentur boat service is provided also especially to employees on specific times by city hall and approximately takes 30 minutes.

With 21 Rooms Inside the Shipyard Complimentary for Our Customers
We aim to provide a better and qualified repair period for our customers and our guest house is in service free of charge. The Guest House is located inside the shipyard to let them relax during the repair period. It offers a clear view of docks/berths and lets them walk away from intense work stress whenever they need a rest.
There are 21 rooms with Wi-Fi, LCD TV, minibar, laundry service and separate bathrooms for superintendents and owner’s appointed service engineers. The guest house is fully equipped with the recreation room, basketball and football court, and billiards and high-quality food and beverage service.

Yard has a 3.200 sqm open storage area for steel plates, pipes and profiles.
1.000 sqm closed storage area for grid, scrap material.

11 Safety House and Infirmary
The infirmary service inside the shipyard is available with a fully-fledged ambulance and health care professionals. Doctor is available from 08.00 am to 17.00 pm but apart from his working shift, health care Professional personel is available 7/24 hours.
Safety House is located at center of repair activities to be able to control and manage all progress.

“Waste Receiving Facility” for removal of liquid waste from vessels and for storing to send recycling of the waste oil , which obtained by dewatering the oil containing liquid wastes.
Technical Layout
Beşiktaş shipyard can accommodate 15 ships concurrently, including Aframax / Suezmax Tankers, Capesize/ Newcastlemax Bulkers, Q Max Size LNG Tankers and Containers up to 15.000 TEU with its three docks up to 382m. on 200.000 sqm total area.
